**The Role**

The Learning Product Manager at Unifi will be a linchpin in our Learning and Development team. This role demands a harmonious blend of learning expertise and product management skills. You'll manage the development of innovative learning products and oversee their lifecycle, ensuring they effectively meet the evolving needs of our learners and align with Unifi's strategic objectives.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in learning design, coupled with product management responsibilities.
- Strong foundation in adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and content development.
- Demonstrated ability in managing the full lifecycle of learning products.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field.

**Preferred**
- Proven project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Leadership experience in a learning and development context.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Creative and analytical thinker with a passion for innovative educational solutions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop learning products, employing principles of adult learning and instructional design to ensure effective and engaging content.
- Manage the stages of learning product development from ideation, design, implementation, to evaluation.
- Manage the learning product roadmap, balancing the immediate needs with the long-term vision for Unifi's learning initiatives.
- Utilise data-driven insights to inform learning design decisions and iterate on learning programmes for continuous improvement.
- Manage timelines and resources to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
- Support the Head of L&D in connecting the Learning and Development team and other internal stakeholders to ensure coherence and alignment of learning strategies.
- Remain abreast of the latest trends in learning and development, instructional design, and educational technology.
