An American based company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to answer the phone, as well as complete tasks.

Requirements:⁠
- ⁠ ⁠Fast internet
- Needs to converse well over the phone.
- ⁠ ⁠Fast computer
- ⁠ ⁠2 computer screens (preferred/optional)
- ⁠ ⁠QBO experience/knowledge (preferred / optional)
- ⁠ ⁠Great communication skills (written and verbal)
- ⁠ ⁠Customer service skills (calming customers)
- ⁠ ⁠"American accent"
- ⁠ ⁠Tech savvy
- ⁠ ⁠Multi tasking skills
- ⁠ ⁠Fast paced mindset
- ⁠ ⁠Asana experience (preferred/optional)
- ⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Excel/G Sheets (sorting information/creating detailed sheets/experience with formulas etc..)
- ⁠ ⁠Very detail oriented

**Renumeration and Work Hours**

Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11:30PM
Salary R18 500 - R20 000 Per month

**Salary**: R18 500,00 - R20 000,00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)
- Quickbooks Online: 2 years (required)
