Administration Assistant

Currently we are searching for an Administration Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa.
**Responsibilities of this Post**:
Ordering of office supplies.
Assist in organizing, scheduling meetings and appointment.
Keep updated Board members and staff contact list and assist with Board mailings.
Assist in all aspects of event planning and implementation.
Produce and distribute correspondence letters, faxes and forms.
Maintenance and filing of all paperwork on a daily basis.
Stock data capturing on system.
Fleet management, vehicle insurance and petrol consumption.
Stock related functions and staying up to date with stock levels, conducting stock transfers on system as and when required.
Sending clients invoices and pods upon request.
**Requirements of this Post**:
Matric Certificate.
Previous working experience in an office environment.
Excellent organisational skills and detail-oriented.
Dependable with a respect to confidentiality and policies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel essential.
