Qualifications and experience:
- Matric essential
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-experienced in administrative duties
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Typing
- Loading stock on online platforms
- Administration
- Administrative assistance to brokers and admin staff where needed
- Assist with general queries
- Distribute typing to the brokers
- E-mailing messages using outlook to staff
- Filing
- Making copies
- Prepare boardroom for meetings
- Processing data
- Telephone follow-ups
- Welcome clients and visitors
- Answering the switchboard (not full time)
- Limited work out of the office
