WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
The Client Experience Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing the administrative and operational functions of Boldr’s Client Experience department and between different departments at Boldr. You will also play an essential role in helping the Client Experience team deliver on its operational and service-level commitments to our clients. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of the department, coordinating various tasks and providing support to the client experience team and director

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Help maintain and audit data integrity in Hubspot (or alternative CRM)
- Coordinate with other departments in Boldr (most notably: Client Solutions, Marketing, Finance, and Insights)
Support Client Experience Managers (CXMs) with invoicing, by auditing and reporting on invoice accuracy and client queries. Support CXMs with revenue forecasting.
- Support CXMs with Accounts Receivable.
- Maintain and audit Boldr’s Client Information in Hubspot (frequent spot audits, and 2 full audits per year), and report out any findings to ensure accuracy.
- Ensuring the Invoice tracker is updated and accurate, and following up with CXMs to ensure accuracy.
- Attend internal meetings and capture action items to ensure follow-up.
- Support the CX Director and SBU leaders to collect and present data (financial and client KPIs) so that CX leadership has full visibility of company and client health. This will include working closely with other departments such as Finance and Insights
- Gather and interpret data to develop actionable steps to improve processes in CX (specifically in SBUs)
- Assess company and client needs, and analyze it, looking for trends or areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
- A bachelor’s degree (or similar qualification) in computer science, information technology, or a related field. JD
- Experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Experience in the use of Hubspot and its various products & services.
- Experience drafting and implementing processes in the use of a CRM by users would be preferred.
