**Contract Dynamics CRM Technician**

**Remote, Cape Town R36 000 - 46 000pm**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Technical Support:

- Provide first-line technical support to CRM users, addressing issues related to system functionality, performance, and configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related incidents, service requests, and user inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or system administrators for further investigation and resolution.

2. System Maintenance and Administration:

- Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patches, and upgrades, to ensure the stability and security of the Dynamics CRM environment.
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and error logs to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Configure system settings, permissions, and security roles in accordance with established policies and best practices.

3. Customization and Configuration:

- Assist with the customization and configuration of Dynamics CRM to support business requirements, including entity customization, workflow automation, and form design.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for CRM customization.
- Test and validate CRM customizations to ensure they meet functional and performance criteria before deployment to production.

4. Data Management and Integration:

- Assist with data management tasks, including data import/export, data cleansing, and de-duplication efforts to maintain data integrity within Dynamics CRM.
- Troubleshoot data integration issues and work with integration partners to resolve them in a timely manner.

5. Documentation and Training:

- Document CRM configurations, customizations, and technical procedures to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Assist in the development of user training materials, guides, and documentation to support CRM adoption and usage across the organization.
- Provide training and assistance to CRM users as needed to ensure they are proficient in using the system effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in providing technical support for Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, concepts, and architecture.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics CRM, SQL Server, and Windows Server.
- Experience with CRM customization, configuration, and data management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and end-users.
- Certification in Dynamics CRM (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration) is a plus.

**Salary**: R36 000,00 - R46 000,00 per month
