The Human Resource Business Support Partner will be a key member of the team and be a point of contact for employees in dealing with a wide variety of HR queries and activities. - Proficient user of MS Office Packages including Word, Outlook, Excel & Power Point.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Good interpersonal skills & able to work effectively with all staff levels.
- Excellent negotiation & influencing skills.
- A strong, assertive team player with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently & part of a dynamic team.
- Highly detailed with strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- An organised individual with the ability to plan and prioritise.
