Join Our Team as a Talent Access Manager

We are seeking a talented and driven Talent Access Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for Exxaro.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- BCom (Hons) Industrial Psychology ( Essential/Minimum or )
- BSc (Hons) Industrial Psychology ( Essential/Minimum or )
- BA (Hons) Industrial Psychology ( Essential/Minimum or )
- B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) ( Essential/Minimum )
- Masters Industrial Psychology ( Recommended/Desirable )
- Management Development Programme ( Recommended/Desirable )

8-10 years Relevant experience in Resourcing/ Talent Acquisition and Talent Management or related Human Resources operations experience. Experience in Mining or related environment will be advantageous with 3-5 years’ in a Middle Management role.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Ability to:

- Develop and execute strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent for Exxaro
- Play a key role in bringing the ambition of the People & Performance function to life, deliver against set targets and therefore contribute to establishing a high-performance culture at Exxaro overall.
- Have a clear focus on finding the best people for Exxaro and managing talent sustainably, this role adopts a strategic approach to recruiting and talent management, partners with the business to understand and efficiently meet immediate and future needs and translate these requirements into state-of-the-art and practical systems and processes.
- Implement effective recruitment processes, foster employer branding initiatives, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- As a member of the People & Performance leadership team, the incumbent will contribute to setting of the overall Exxaro People & Performance plans closely aligned with the overall Exxaro strategy, including the identification and definition of priority programs across the full range of People & Performance activities in the context of current and future challenges while always accounting for trends and best-practices in the People & Performance space.
