**Duties will include but not limited to**:

- All administrative duties as required by the Business Development team
- Liaise with clients
- Assist the team to manage a program to convert specific groups of clients to licensee directed solutions
- Build good internal relationship with other areas of the business
- To assist Marketing with the development of specific client communications
- To say abreast of all matters pertaining to company products and services
- Continually look to improve processes and address / raise issues that need attention
- Daily monitoring of projects and cases in progress with proactive follow up
