Established recycling company based in Somerset West has a vacancy for a Financial Administrator with good accounting knowledge to provide support to the financial department

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have 3 years’ experience in a financial position
- Overall administrative tasks related to the management of creditors and Debtors incl but not limited to, processing, reconciliation and follow ups
- Ad hoc reporting on creditors and debtors
- Overall responsibility to ensure all administrative functions regarding creditor and debtor reconciliations are in place
- Assisting with queries and facilitating the resolving of all creditors and debtors queries
- Ensure timeous feedback / communication
- Experience with Online banking

**Requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate with formal Qualification in Finance
- At least 3 years' experience
- Office communication skills and strong in Admin
- Experience working with XERO
- Be able to take own initiative on daily tasks
- Able to work on excel is essential
- Must be Microsoft Office Package Proficient
- Own reliable transport is essential
- Clear criminal record
