Financial Administrator

Our client, a well-established Insurance Software Technology company, is currently seeking a **Financial Administrator** to join their team in **Somerset West, Cape Town.**
**MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS**:
- Relevant financial qualification and experience
- Software - VIP Payroll, Pastel Evolution and Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel
- Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance
- Experience payroll administration and statutory tax submissions will be an advantage (VAT, EMP201, EMP501 and IRP5 submissions)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Monthly debtors accounts reconciliation, Invoicing, statement reconciliations
- Statement and invoice distribution
- Liaison with all group debtors
- Month end bookkeeping and required journals
- Bank account procedures, including uploading and reconciling of cashbooks, credit cards, foreign currency accounts - ± 25 accounts
- VAT administration, reporting and submissions (UK and SA)
- Monthly credit card & debit card review for compliance with company policy and expense reporting
- Administration and reporting petty cash
- Month-end and Year-end reporting assistance
- Ad-hoc finance assistance o Payroll and employee benefit assistance
- Travel planning
- Ad-hoc financial investigation, analyses and reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
**Salary**: R25 000 - R30 000 pm CTC, incl. Medical Aid, Pension Fund, Life Cover, Income Protector.

**Experience**:
