A well established and growing financial practice firm in Somerset West is looking for a Financial Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
The firm operates within a large variety of industries, ranging from, accounting, tax administration and planning, business and transactional consulting, secretarial services, wills, estate planning and administration.
The appointee will be responsible for the performing of various functions within the business and will report directly the Admin Manager.
**Duties**:
- Work closely with our team helping to manage their dynamic growing practice
- Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner and with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite in order to prepare and assemble financial statements, tax returns, correspondence, proposals and presentations in accordance with firm standards
- Participating in development of internal systems and processes
- Maintaining client database and liaise with clients
- Coordinating internal/external meetings, booking of boardrooms
- Welcomes clients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, ordering supplies
- General ad hoc administrative tasks such as data entry and typing various documents
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Admin will be an advantage.
- 2 years Admin / typing experience.
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Excellent Afrikaans & English communication skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Work efficiently under pressure.
- Own transport.
- Deadline driven.
**Salary**:R8k - R14k p/month depending on experience
**START DATE**: ASAP
