Customer Experience Manager

- A matric is essential for this role.
- A customer services or related qualification is preferred but not essential.
- Must have experience in demonstrable project management preferably within ICT.
- Previous experience having worked in a Customer Services Experience or similar role, is essential for the role.
- Previous experience having either managed customer experience initiatives or implementing customer experience projects is an advantage.
- Knowledge and an understanding of telecoms or a related industry and products is preferred.
- Must have a good understanding and problem-solving ability regarding ICT networking within telecoms arena.
