**Type**:Temporary, on-call basis

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient temporary receptionist to join our team on an adhoc basis to support our clients' receptionist needs. As a temporary receptionist, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, greeting clients, managing calendars, organizing paperwork, and providing general office support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Answer and transfer phone calls to the relevant person or department
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
- Keep records of office inventory and order supplies as necessary
- Manage appointments and calendars
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Matric or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible availability to work on an on-call basis
