Temp Receptionist/administrator

We are seeking a Temp Receptionist/ Admin Support to join the fastest growing technology demand generation agency
Duties includes but not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Directing visitors to the appropriate person/department
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all the necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures
- Ordering of office supplies and consumables
- Keeping inventory of stock
- Keep updated record of office expenses and costs
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Perform HR admin support duties such as maintaining employee master data, onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Booking of services with contractors e.g. fumigation and airconditioning services
- Following up with contractors for monthly invoices
- Document management
**Requirements**:
- Must be a South African citizen
- Matric Certificate
- Proven Experience as an Office Receptionist or a similar role
- Excellent clerical skills e.g. typing and filling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle and work with confidential information
