Temporary Receptionist

We are currently seeking a mature, motivated and reliable **Temporary Receptionist **in the Southern Suburbs (Rhondebosch). As a Temporary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, must be well presented
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Operate a busy switchboard and screening calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- Able to multitask
- Booking of rooms/venues via Outlook
**Requirements**:
- Matric Certificate
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role
- Patient and accomodative to elderly clients
