Reconciliation Administrator

Job Title: Reconciliation Administrator Area: Johannesburg, GP A payment solutions provider is looking for a Reconciliation Administrator to ensure that the value dropped into the device is equivalent to the value that is settled to the client, the value that is counted and received should also be equal to the value dropped into the device, in essence each bag should balance. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO: Check all bag transactions Check bags flagged correctly for settlement Import of bank statements Ensure that imported bank statement movement balances to actual bank statements Allocate statement items to bags Check that payments are correctly linked and balances to the settlement authorized Check that deposits are correctly linked and balances to the settlement authorized Check that counted value balances to the bag closure Identify, validate and resolve exceptions (including investigation where necessary) Customer interaction - both internal and external Reporting REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 (Matric) Recent graduate with 1 years' work experience Good communication skills Proficient in MS Office
