Reports to: CFO / COO.

Location: Isando

As the Pallet Administrator, you will be at the heart of the operations, ensuring effective management and reconciliation of pallets, diligent monthly billing, and performing general accounting tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

- Direct all aspects of pallet administration, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliations for every location.
- Navigate and manage the pallet system efficiently.
- Draft detailed billing reports, manage daily and monthly client reconciliations, and address queries promptly.
- Coordinate closely with Key Account Managers to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Champion our internal control and audit procedures.
- Tackle diverse roles and responsibilities as they arise.

Necessary Qualifications:

- Matric accounting complemented by relevant experience.
- A degree in BCom accounting (this is non-negotiable).

Experience Required:

- Strong background in managing relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Experience in pallet-related tasks will place you at an advantage.
