A Medical Insurance Company based in Benoni is looking for a Finance Administrator. The Finance Administrator will be responsible for managing all accounts receivables accounting processes. Ensure relevant reconciliations are completed timeously. Provide support to the accounting team and ensure month end reporting deadlines are met.

**Key Performance Areas**
- Process accounts payable transactions, handle queries and adjustments
- Compile and submit periodic reports

**Key Tasks**

**Process transactions, handle queries and adjustments**
- Check accounts payable batches
- Ensure processes followed as per SOP
- Transactions capturing
- Vat reconciliations
- Attend to audit queries
- Process accounts receivable transactions where applicable

**Compile and submit periodic reports**
- Create, submit, and maintain financial reports
- Reconcile inter co accounts
- Reconcile accounts receivable control
- accounts

**Essential Qualifications**
- Matric with Accounting
- Higher cert/Diploma in Accounting, Bookkeeping, credit management, business management

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Statistics

**Essential Experience**
- Two years Data capturing experience
- 12 months in financial environment

**Desirable Experience**
- Experience in reconciliations, reporting, accounts receivable
