**We have an exciting opportunity within our Reefer Sales Team in ONE**:
As Key Account Executive Reefer / Special Cargo, reporting into the Reefer Manager, you are accountable for the overall relationship and activities between ONE and your assigned Key Account(s) within your defined area of expertise (e.g. Reefer). You own, negotiate and manage the respective customer contracts and responsible for administrative functions in the Reefer department for smooth process and communication to customers.You are responsible for delivering the Sales budgets and targets and contribute to sustainable growth and business development within your portfolio and beyond. You contribute specialist expertise and support colleagues with expert knowledge as required. You ensure mutual commitments are met and that all processes and transactions are fully compliant with company rules and regulations

**Areas of Responsibilities**:

- You are dedicated to managing assigned account(s) from the contractual side as such you are responsible for negotiating and managing the contract and client relationship on a senior level.
- Supporting the Reefer Manager & the reefer team with items escalated.
- Assist with the investigation of the NROF, Disputes, all queries
- Assist with the processing of rate filing, quoting & other administration as required
- Help drive cooperation with support teams to ensure good collaboration, clear communication and smooth process flow.
- In case the assigned Key Account Specialist cannot resolve a case, challenge, enquiry or complaint you will be the escalation point.
- Your special expertise (in Reefer / Special Cargo) enables you to offer tailored solutions to our clients.
- You support colleagues and teams with your specialist know-how.
- You are in charge of the various systems in place for the execution of your assigned accounts.
- You are accountable for post-contract onboarding and post-tender review, being supported by Key Account Specialist or Key Account Support.
- You always keep up-to-date on your specialist know-how as a valuable asset to the company and our key accounts.
- Building & Maintaining Relationships to grow the business
- Liaise with all relevant internal departments locally and/or globally to resolve issues.
- Ensure overall that communication between Sales, Global Trade GHQ and other affiliated departments is running smoothly.
- Support ONE's digital transformation by utilizing and promoting our e-commerce platform and our self-service tools as applicable.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Degree in associated field
- Valid Driving license
- 5-6 years minimum years sales experience in perishable exports industry.
- Managed and negotiated contracts with customers
- Strong customer relationships within related industry (Citrus exports)
- Strong administative ability with high standards of accuracy and detail
- Broad Shipping knowledge, analytical & strategic skills, strong communicator with influencing skills
- Technical know-how within area of Reefer
- High level of problem solving and data analysis ability
- Business Awareness and commercial acumen
- Planning and Organisation
