Regional Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned region. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume and revenue in line with company objectives.
- stablish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and identify and acquire new clients. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity within the region to identify opportunities and threats. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and promotional activities. Ensure effective brand presentation and product placement at retail locations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies. Train and mentor junior sales staff and ensure they are equipped with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure adequate product availability and manage inventory levels effectively within the region.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in beverages.
- Extensive knowledge of the FMCG industry, particularly the beverage market.
