We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in the Southern Africa region.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new leads, managing existing relationships, and closing deals. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach, leveraging tools like monday.com to manage inbound leads and provided databases.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring seamless client onboarding and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct presentations to showcase services addressing client pain points, utilizing monday.com CRM for accurate record-keeping and pipeline management.

Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts to close deals, collaborating with Implementation and Customer Success teams for successful client implementation.

About You:

Familiarity with B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or tech-related industries, and experience conducting sales demos/presentations is advantageous.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as well as self-driven, goal-oriented, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management is required, preferably within SaaS or tech-related industries.

Your Benefits:

R30 000 per month, plus benefits and commission
