**HR and Payroll Administrator Claremont Cape Town**
Our client is looking for an All Rounder in HR Payroll Administration / HR Officer in Claremont Cape Town Need a National Diploma in Human Recourses or equivalent. This is an EE/AA position
**Salary Highly Negotiable + Benefits **This is an **_EE position._**
**Min Requirements**
- Matric with mathematics and accounting a benefit
- Min requirement - National Diploma (Human Resources)
- 3-4 years’ relevant experience in HR & Payroll Administration
- HR Related Software packages
**Job Requirements**
- Full HR & Payroll Administration to 80-100 staff members under the supervision of the HR Manager
- Payroll Administration
- HR Statutory returns - ensuring that all the compliance certification is up to date (COIDA Letters of Good Standing) **-** Added advantage
- Implement the Strategic Human Resources Plan.
- Deal with all day-to-day HR issues and queries.
- Maintain staff files (Hard copy and electronically)
- Give input and recommendations on HR policies and procedures.
- Staff Evaluations: full responsibility for Coordination and Administration underthe supervision of the Human Resources Manager / Financial Manager
- Assist in the compilation of organization wide Job Descriptions
