**HR Administration**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.

Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism.

**Payroll Management**:
Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.

Stay abreast of tax regulations and ensure compliance with payroll-related legislation.

Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

**Benefits Administration**:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with any related queries.

**Data Management**:
Maintain HR and payroll databases with precision and attention to detail.

Generate reports and analyze data to support strategic decision-making.

**Compliance**:
Stay informed about labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR and payroll activities.

Implement and update HR policies as necessary.

Proven experience as an HR/Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.

Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll procedures.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR and payroll experience.

Between 1 - 3 Years
