As the Human Resources Officer, you will work closely with the HR Operations Manager to ensure efficient and effective HR operations and service delivery for RHDHV South Africa. You will support the People Relations Partner in effectively managing employee life cycle processes. In addition, you will collaborate with colleagues in the Global People Services Team to ensure alignment between global and local human resources processes and procedures. A critical aspect of the position is accurate statutory reporting in compliance with South African labour legislation.

**What you will do as a Human Resources Officer**
- Provide effective general HR administrative support in line with Company policies and procedures and local legislation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation to the outsourced SA Payroll provider
- Support employees and managers via the global HR case management system (WeConnect) and promote the effective use of the WeConnect portal for query resolution.
- Collaborate with the global People Services team to resolve queries from SA employees and managers.
- Help to review and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of People Services processes.
- Assist with ensuring the accuracy of SA employee information on the global HR database.
- Assist with various internal and external reporting requirements, which may include, inter alia, Employment Equity, B-BBEE, and industry professional body reports.
- Assist with learning & development administration as required.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Provide support with local and global HR Projects as required.

**What you bring**
- Relevant tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B. Tech/B. Degree)
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in all aspects of HR administration is essential
- Sound understanding of HR legislation
- Experience working within a multi-national organisation is advantageous
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience creating complex reports is essential
- Able to travel locally and internationally, if required
