- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates on their requests
- Providing accurate information to customers and ensuring that their needs are met
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to their feedback and resolving any issues that may arise
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure that customer needs are met efficiently
- Updating customer information and call logs accurately in the company's database
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets and KPIs
- Staying up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skillsQualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
