**Job Purpose Summary**:
Oversee and manage the company’s key marketplace channels/customers. Responsible for the day-to-day operations, product offering management and listings, order and return review, goal tracking, price monitoring, promotions, insights, account health, and strategy.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Product Listings**:

- Load and list new products onto the respective marketplace channels/customers.
- Continuously improve product listing info and descriptions to increase sales and/or to reduce and avoid unnecessary returns.

**Price Management and Monitoring**:

- Continuously compare and analyse prices against main/leading competitor products.
- Propose target pricing and upload approved pricing.

**Advertising and Promotions**:

- Obtain and know each marketplace channel’s most up to date promotional calendar.
- Timeously plan and propose for promotion campaign participation most appropriate and strategic to each listed product.
- Clearly know and understand each marketplace channel’s advertising options, including costs, such as (but not limited to): sponsored search words, banners, brand stores, etc.
- Clearly understand the formula/process for product rankings within each marketplace channel and ensure the highest possible organic ranking for each listed product.

**Stock, Orders and Returns**:

- Closely monitor stock levels for and at the various marketplace channels.
- Monitor and ensure all orders are attended to and processed correctly.
- Monitor, coordinate, and ensure that all return orders are collected and processed accordingly and correctly.
- The above list is not exhaustive, and you may be asked to undertake reasonable additional duties/projects requested by the Senior Account Manager/Sales Director._

**Education and Qualifications Required**:

- Grade 12
- Marketing or E-commerce related degree or diploma preferred.

**Experience Required**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet
- E-commerce administration experience (preferred)
- Industry/related experience (essential)
- Own reliable vehicle

**Comments and Special Consideration**:

- Own reliable transport
- Clear Credit record (essential)
