**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals to drive performance and foster a culture of success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and industry stakeholders to identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance, measure KPIs, and provide insights to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
