Senior Sales Executive (Cold Calling)

Location: South Africa (Remote)

**US hours (3pm-11pm)**

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily outbound cold calling to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Research and identify potential clients and their business needs to identify sales opportunities
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with potential customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Continuously update knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
- Attend trade shows and other industry events to generate leads and expand network

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs through outbound cold calling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Availability to travel for business purposes
- **Stability** in previous work employment

**Experience**:
