Midrand, South Africa Career Circuit Full time

Main objective is to give technical support to account managers, customers/clients and technical team regarding micro gird project, battery storage project, and solar installation and sales. Assisting with fixing and or replacing of product.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for pre-sale and after-sales technical promotion work including installer training, system clarification.
Replace or maintain faulty inverter and battery.
Responsible to reduce operational failure rates.
Responsible for technical docking in the sales process to ensure the compatibility of products.
Responsible for pre-sales technology marketing, insight into the market and customer needs, enhance the companys product visibility.
Test and repair faulty inverters and batteries in the warehouse and record documentations accurately; help organize faulty inverter and battery recall and shipment if it is asked by china team.
Communicate timely with china team.
Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of basic customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and improve customer performance evaluation.
Any and all other ADHOC duties

**Educational Background**:
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Matric.

**Work Experience**:
Experience in the manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
Experience working with Inverters would be an advantage.

**Knowledge and skills required**:
Effective communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Organising skills.
Customer service orientated.

**Professional Qualities**:
Good professional integrity, patient and steady.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, team work spirit.
Honest & Integrity.
