**JOB PURPOSE**

Manage the CEO calendar, including scheduling meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the company executive.
- Transcribe or take minutes.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage projects, including researching and gathering information.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, organizing venues, and attending to all logistics of meetings.
- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive team.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain various records and documents for company executives.
- Source office suppliers.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- 5+ years of experience as an EA to a CEO, Managing Director, or any other senior executive.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

**BEHAVIOURAL**
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be meticulous with the ability to diagnose and solve problems.
- Attention to detail,
- Strong organizing and planning skills.
- Have high levels of integrity, ethical standards, morals, and values.
- Be a confident, energetic, and self-motivated professional.

**Salary**: R1.00 - R2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
