An Office Automation/Telecoms Company based in Kyalami/ Midrand are currently seeking an Executive Personal Assistant to support and enhance the CEO’s effectiveness using a variety of clerical, administrative, organizational and communication skills, including managing correspondence

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
Diary Management

Screening calls

Arrange meetings, functions and Travel reservations

Set up and maintain paper and Electronic filing systems for records and correspondence

Ordering Company Stationery and Consumables

Dealing with Government orientated clients

Conduct searches to find needed information using the Internet

Supervise and keep track of the daily work of the cleaning and reception staff

Maintain a very high level of confidentiality being in the Executive office

Other general secretarial responsibilities

**REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**
Grade 12 and/or College Certification

Minimum 3 - 5 year experience in a similar position

Must be computer literate in the full Microsoft Office package

Good communication skills and excellent command of English

Accuracy and attention to detail

Own transport and Driver’s license

Good team player and reliable to work well under pressure

Must be confident, well presented and outspoken and be able to communicate with clients in a calm and courteous manner

Problem solving abilities

The ability to use your own initiative
