Digital Account Manager

To build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients.
- To provide full support to the Business Unit Director.
- Manage digital campaigns from concept to roll-out.
- Work with the team to ensure that digital experiences are seamless, functional and innovative.
- Work in an agile manner and independently.
- Ensuring that client brand guidelines remains consistent across design elements.
- Ensuring constant and effective flow of communication between agency, client and suppliers as well as arranging, attending and documenting meetings.
- Must be comfortable dealing with senior clients.
- Must be able to work on multiples accounts, and campaigns, simultaneously.
- Assist with preparation and delivery of top-quality briefs and proposals.
- Manage effective and accurate delivery of final elements to internal and external suppliers and ensure meticulous activation.
- Assist with monitoring effectiveness of campaigns to ensure client campaigns are properly planned and reported on against campaign objectives, KPIs and metrics.
- Maintain an active knowledge of industry and digital marketing trends to assist with proactively advising clients about digital marketing landscape developments.
- Deliver jobs on time, on budget and continuously exceed client expectations.
**Minimum experience and education requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in Advertising/Marketing.
- 3 years’ proven experience in Digital Marketing is essential, preferably in an Agency environment working on retail/ecommerce accounts.
- Proven experience in managing digital campaigns and social media pages for retail/e-Commerce clients.
- Solid experience in Client Service required.
**Minimum relevant experience and skills/attributes required**:
- Digital Agency and/or Marketing Agency experience is **non-negotiable.**:
- Experience in a client service and/or digital project management role required.
- Experience in running/managing retail digital campaigns and/or projects is ideal.
- E-Commerce experience is required.
- Meticulous attention to detail, bordering on perfectionism.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Someone who is proactive, takes initiative, and who can provide guidance to creatives.
- A strong foundation in brand design principles.
- Experience with social media platforms advantageous.
- Proven track-record in concept development from brief to final digital delivery.
- Proven track record in exceptional time management, someone who thrives under pressure.
