**Requirements**:

- Experience as an office assistant and administration (5+years).
- Working and knowing SARS E-filling is essential.
- Having CIPC, company secretarial and/or Trusts background will be advantageous
- Own transport and valid drives license
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English

**Software experience**:

- Xero (advantageous)
- Great soft (advantageous)
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
- SARS e-filing (preferred)

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Will take on the reception position and will be required to assist walk-in clients.
- Strong communication skills as you will be in direct contact with clients.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Competent with numbers and comprehending agreements. Should be a meticulous planner and able to prioritize jobs.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Assisting accountants on all SARS e-filing administration being representative updates, booking and managing of SARS appointments
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Assist with development, implementing and monitoring company systems, processes, policies and procedures.
- Recording and maintaining of new client database and administration
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner.
- Understanding of the impact of own role on service delivery to internal and external clients
- Familiarize yourself with and adhere to all company rules and regulations, standards, policies and procedures.
- Observe and implement the values of the company.
