One of the top auditing firms in Pretoria East requires a graduate in the field of Business Administration / Business Management to fill a key position as Office Administrator.
**DUTIES**:
General administrative support to the directors and staff of Auditing Firm.
Coordinate diaries, arrange meetings for directors.
Manage boardroom bookings.
Assisting with basic financial duties, eg invoicing and capturing of transactions.
Timesheet management.
Assist in the preparation and typing of documents, presentations and quotes for the directors.
Procuring office stationary and other requirements for the office.
Petty cash.
Asset verification.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Degree in Business Administration.
2 - 4 Years' office support experience.
Excellent spoken and written command of Afrikaans as well as English.
Own transport and driver's license.
Friendly, organised with attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills including MS Excel.
