**Required minimum experience**
- 2 year’s administrative experience.

- Must read, write and speak at least English fluently.

- Must have good problem-solving skills.
- Strong administration skills.

**Main Purpose**

To assist the Industrialisation department with loading of request for quotes, liaising between clients and management and assisting the department with general administration tasks.
- Loading of relevant documents on Company management system.
- Arrange meetings and minute taking.
- Liaising between clients and department managers.
- Liaising with suppliers for procurement and expediting.
- Office purchases and administration.
- General report writing.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
