Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
People Dimension is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Provide administrative support to our teams, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
- Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies and stationery.
- Support the Managing Director with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
