We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable HR Administrative Assistant to join our team. As our HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in keeping our organization running smoothly and ensuring the satisfaction and productivity of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee information, benefits, and leave requests.
  • Process payroll and handle employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits.
  • Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures to employees and ensure compliance.
  • Support the performance review process by scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
  • Assist with employee relations issues and aid in the resolution of conflicts.
  • Continually seek opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalism and a positive attitude.
