Job Responsibilities

  1. To operate as the internal point of contact between Azure Resellers and all internal teams involved with the Microsoft CSP Program including Sales and Operations.
  2. Driving Net Partner Acquisition (NPA) while building and maintaining strong and long-lasting relationships with these partners.
  3. Supporting partners throughout their Azure journeys including understanding the various Azure focused programmes and competencies.
  4. Assisting Partners with general product queries, selling, scoping, quoting, and providing pre-sales support.
  5. Leveraging all areas of the business to drive partner Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR) and net-customer acquisition (NCA).
  6. Assisting the Azure Product Manager with partner-related growth and sundry activities.

KPAs / Performance Standards

  1. Continuous vendor relationship and strategic alignment in driving Azure Partner Acquisition (NPA) and Net Customer Acquisition (NCA) planning and execution activities.
  2. Identifying pipeline opportunities through continuous engagements with the Azure Partner base.
  3. Driving revenue targets through a targeted set of relevant brands in line with FD and vendor ACR growth.
  4. Staying abreast of all Azure related announcements, technologies, and program changes.
  5. Provide ongoing information and updates on products and services to internal sales teams and Azure Partners.
  6. Planning and execution of Partner bootcamps and enablement activities (webinars / events).
  7. Monthly Azure Revenue validations from Microsoft Bill Files, Dashboards, and Management Reporting.
  8. Driving Azure Brand strategy including quarterly activity planning and execution.
  9. Report opportunity details to the relevant brand on a regular basis (weekly pipeline management) showing deal progression and pipeline creation using Customer Relationship Management system.
  10. Ensure targeted profit margins are achieved.
  11. Facilitating technical quote requirements on Azure.

Administration

  1. Request and evaluate quotes for submission.
  2. Follow up on quotes.
  3. Managing the deal from start to finish.

Support

  1. Participates in and drives technical opportunities and initiatives, primarily within the SMB Space.
  2. Be active in the IT community and become and remain a trusted, technical advisor to our partners.
  3. Jointly engage with Brand and Sales teams, key personnel, and stakeholders throughout our Tier 1 and 2 partner bases.
  4. Deliver, develop, and maintain thought-provoking content to assist our internal sales teams and partners realize the full value of our product portfolios.
  5. Participate in internal account planning and strategy meetings, conduct C-level meetings / presentations, attend industry events, and provide post-sales guidance to assist partners in adopting our solutions.
  6. Work closely with brand / sales teams and partners / customer representatives to understand business needs and requirements.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 2 years of Sales and Pre-Sales experience on Azure.
  2. 2+ years Experience in a channel sales role.
  3. Good problem-solving skills.
  4. Office-based working environment with semi-formal dress code.
  5. Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
  6. Reliable transport to and from the office.

Note: This is a permanent position subject to a three-month probationary period.
