Customer Relationship Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the vital connection between our Head Office and our brand ambassadors. What You'll Do:
- Act as the main touchpoint between our brand ambassadors and head office, providing them with essential support to resolve queries efficiently.
- Manage invoicing and order processing, ensuring accuracy and smooth transactions.
- Collaborate with our boutiques to offer guidance on product information, pricing, and availability.
- Assist with sales support, ensuring our boutiques have everything they need to meet customer expectations.
- Proactively work with internal teams to solve any operational challenges that boutiques face.
What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional communication skills—you'll be working with a variety of teams and personalities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities—able to think on your feet and find solutions quickly.
- An eye for detail, particularly with invoicing and order processing.
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or administration is a plus
