Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Specialist who will drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction. The primary purpose of this role is to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Promote and present products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Completed Matric or equivalent, accredited by SAQA.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a sales representative role.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, MS Office).
  • Own vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Salary and Benefits:

  • R30 000 + Commission.
  • Petrol card.
  • Medical insurance and provident fund (after probation period).
