About Our Team
We are looking for a talented Business Expansion Representative to join our Africa direct sales team at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
You will identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and solutions, working closely with the regional sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities include retaining and growing key services within the existing customer base, owning the value proposition positioning statement and use cases for the assigned portfolio and territory.
You will also prepare and maintain an effective portfolio management plan, documenting key goals for individual customers in relation to sales, marketing, and customer service activities to meet strategic financial and business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth: Driving business growth and expansion by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and solutions.
- Value Proposition Positioning: Owning the value proposition positioning statement and use cases for the assigned portfolio and territory.
- Portfolio Management: Preparing and maintaining an effective portfolio management plan.
