Our client is seeking a Sales/Business Development Manager to join their team in Cape Town. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and execute comprehensive ICT & Cloud sales strategies within targeted markets. The successful candidate will serve as an expert in market insight, customer relationship development, and sales within the ICT and Cloud spaces. They will consistently exceed expectations by constructing and delivering compelling propositions and business cases for SMMEs, large enterprises, and government entities.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and target potential customers for ICT and Cloud services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to customers

What you bring:

  • Proven track record in ICT and Cloud sales
  • Extensive experience in successful ICT and Cloud B2B sales
  • Strong understanding of ICT and Cloud technologies, products, and services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good strategic and tactical execution skills
  • Ability to engage with C-Suite executives effectively
  • Proficiency in Sage CRM software and other sales tools
