Job Description

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to business units and divisions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  2. Manage employee relations processes to ensure a positive work environment and promote employee well-being.
  3. Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  4. Provide advisory services to business units and divisions on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology/Social Science or related field.
  2. At least 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 years as an HR Generalist/HR Consultant/HR Business Partner.
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of human resources systems, processes, policies, and procedures, including performance management, recruitment and selection, talent management, succession planning, learning and development, rewards, and employee relations.
  4. Ability to communicate effectively in business terms and build strong relationships with clients and HR team members.
