About the role:
We offer an exciting opportunity for motivated, enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to play a pivotal role in sales lead generation, helping to build a strong sales pipeline through targeted prospecting. This opportunity suits individuals who can communicate professionally both verbally and in writing in English.
As a lead generation specialist, you'll work closely with the Sales Team to identify, contact, and qualify potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn, laying the foundation for successful sales opportunities within designated territories in Europe.
To excel in this role, you should be a self-motivated, tenacious individual who thrives on sourcing leads. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to engage confidently with senior stakeholders at prospective companies. Success in this role requires resilience and the ability to handle objections without losing momentum in reaching your targets.
Ideal Candidate Attributes:

- Outbound Sales Experience: Proven experience making successful outbound B2B calls.
- Lead Generation Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads independently using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).

- Professional Confidence: Able to communicate confidently with senior business decision-makers.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing leads through LinkedIn and/or online research and evaluating possible solutions that may be of interest.
- Contacting companies telephonically or via email / LinkedIn.
- Connecting with the appropriate decision maker.
- Understanding the prospect's current IT and cybersecurity platforms, business needs, interest and timelines and aligning these needs with appropriate Grove solutions.
- Securing their interest in meeting with a Business Development Manager.
- Following up with prospective clients after meetings or events.
- Co-ordinating the next steps with the client.
- Building a strong network of ongoing relationships.
- Keeping the CRM system (Salesforce) up to date.
Salary Range Market Related: Base + Attractive commission scheme based on KPIs achieved
