About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at GAP Consulting. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive new business growth and expand our client base.
Key Performance Indicators:- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in New Business Sales, preferably in the Courier Logistics Industry
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and grow client relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Grade 12 Qualification required
- Valid Driver's License with own transport essential
- Fuel card and laptop provided
- Competitive salary package negotiable depending on experience
