REPORT TO: Director / Sales Manager
HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- R15,000 Salary per month
- Commission & Incentives
- + Company Fuel Card - for company traveling only
- + Company Cell Phone & Tablet
- + Company benefits in addition to salary including Wheel Maintenance, Medical Aid contribution, Grooming contribution
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Reside in Cape Town - NO RELOCATIONS
- Valid driver license & your own, reliable and insured vehicle
- Qualification in Beauty Technology / Beauty Specialist including Nail Technology
- ITEC Diploma or similar internationally accredited qualification
- Non-smoking (including vaping)
- You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails)
- Confident in using laptop / cell phone and able to multi-task
- Accountable and reliable - this is a high pressure environment and results are demanded.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- Confident in sales, new business development (opening new accounts) and demonstrating products to professionals
- Confident in nail systems currently trending and willing to learn new skills
- Meticulous and accurate
- Accountability
- Able to build a lasting rapport with clients (new and existing)
