As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Create, analyse, negotiate, and execute an array of contracts for various transactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and other business connections
  • Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence
  • Present contract information to relevant parties, such as stakeholders
  • Administration.
  • Labour control.
  • Quality control.
  • Subcontractor management.
  • Project planning and monitoring.
  • Maintaining productivity and programme.

  • Management and leadership.

  • Knowledge of legal principles, regulations, and compliance
  • Ability to interpret and apply contract law to various situations
  • Ability to manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to closeout
