About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for the team, manage leave and rostering for direct reports, and maintain Versa case performance within SLA.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement efficient contract administration processes;
  2. Collaborate with teams to resolve contract-related issues;
  3. Coordinate SAP – ARIBA interface for quality outcomes;
  4. Provide training and support to team members on contract administration best practices;
  5. Participate in regular meetings to discuss progress and address challenges;
  6. Investigate errors by performing 3Qs, Non-compliance reporting, and root cause analysis;
  7. Analyze data to identify areas for process improvements;
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

About You:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in supply or shared services environments, including 2+ years in a supervisory position. A degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is also required.
