Minimum Requirements:
Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or related field is an advantage
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with office management tools (e.g., calendar management and project management software)
Eagerness to learn and adapt to AI technologies
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
Reliable, high-speed internet connection
Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional after-hours support
Flexibility to adapt to different time zones to align with founder schedules
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain efficient inbox management systems to optimize workflows
Protect and manage the entrepreneur's calendar, ensuring flawless scheduling and time management
Seamlessly coordinate email, calendar, and task management
Arrange and oversee personal and business travel logistics
Conduct in-depth research and deliver high-quality reports, including competitor analysis
Collaborate with founders to create streamlined, productivity-focused processes
